I was the first from my college to walk this path — with no mentor, no roadmap, just determination. Now I'm here so you don't have to figure it out alone.
About Me
I'm an incoming General Surgery resident and currently a Research Trainee at Mayo Clinic — one of the world's most prestigious medical institutions. But the road here wasn't paved or easy.
I was the first person from my college to pursue this path as an IMG (International Medical Graduate). There was no senior to call, no mentor to guide me, no roadmap to follow. I figured it out one step at a time — and that experience changed how I see my responsibility to others.
I know exactly how it feels to be alone on this journey — the uncertainty, the imposter syndrome, the moments where you wonder if it's even possible. It is. And that's why I built this space.
My mission is to empower IMGs — to give you the notes, guidance, and community that I wish I had. Whether you're preparing for USMLE, navigating the match, or just trying to find your footing, I'm here for that.
